The fresh, overripe, aromatic plums for this beer were harvested in Hageland (Belgium) and Northern France. Exquisitely the plums communicated their graceful yet complex harmony to us. So we blended the plum lambics with this fragility in mind and tried to translate the elegance and appearance of the fruit into the beer. Made with lambics that were aged on barrels that previously held müller thurgau wine, which gives a smooth vinous finish to the beer. | |||

History / Other Notes
