Description
Peach Lambic (Chardonnay unblended) is a lambic with red vineyard peaches.
History / Other Notes
These organic peaches come from a small farmer in the Mosel wine region of Germany. The small red peaches are extremely aromatic and rich in flavour. Fermented and aged on a chardonnay barrel from château Genoels-Elderen, Belgium. This entry is for the unblended version, straight from the barrel. Vintage 2014.
