Peach Lambic (Chardonnay unblended) is a lambic with red vineyard peaches.

These organic peaches come from a small farmer in the Mosel wine region of Germany. The small red peaches are extremely aromatic and rich in flavour. Fermented and aged on a chardonnay barrel from château Genoels-Elderen, Belgium. This entry is for the unblended version, straight from the barrel. Vintage 2014.
This beer was dumped after something went wrong with it. We'll make it again in 2015.

Description

Peach Lambic (Chardonnay unblended) is a lambic with red vineyard peaches.

History / Other Notes

These organic peaches come from a small farmer in the Mosel wine region of Germany. The small red peaches are extremely aromatic and rich in flavour.
