Description

Gueuze blend of 2, 3 and 4 year-old-lambic (the average age of the blend is more than 40 months, vs 20-24 months for a classic gueuze).

History / Other Notes

This was the first special blend to enter Cantillon's long term aging cellar. It were never released for sale to-go, and was only served during Quintessence events as well as for a few friends visiting the taproom. Magnums are existing as well.
