Description

Biet is a blend of different lambics and spontaneously-fermented beetroot wine, made from beets sourced directly from the farm at Boerenerf. It is bottled in 750 mL format and listed as 7% ABV.

History / Other Notes

Biet was first released in 2022 on Easter weekend, a lambic blend of red beets (grown at the blendery’s farm) and organic Pajottenland apples.
