Description

Boon Framboise is a raspberry lambic released regularly by the brewery. It is available in 250 mL capped bottles, 375 mL and 750 mL corked and caged bottles, and 20 L kegs. It is labeled as 5% ABV.[1]

History / Other Notes

Boon Framboise was first created in 1976. It uses 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter.[1] It is made with lambic that is particularly young, seven to eight months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic to prevail. The raspberries are frozen and come from the Galician region of Poland. [2]
