Description
Cantillon Zwanze 2011 is the fourth release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008, and beginning in 2011 with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2011 edition is a lambic with with Pineau D'aunis grapes added and dry hopped with Brambling Cross hops. The grapes were provided by Olivier Lemasson at Les Vins Contés.
