Description
Cantillon Aronia is a blend of 2-year-old Lambic and aronia biodynamically cultivated by Luka Sanzin in Northeast Italy.
History / Other Notes
Aronia is a plant native to North America (Chokeberry) and the Siberian lands with strong medicinal properties, which belongs to the rosaceae family. In nature it is a dense bush that produces fruits resembling elderberries, with a tannic and iron taste that can remind of cranberry.
