Symbiose is a lambic blended with mead and cider. It is only packaged in 75cl bottles and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in the Easter weekend of 2022, and is the blendery’s first batch of mead and cider blended with lambic. This combination was never before commercially released by a lambic producer.
