Cantillon Manzanilla is a blend of Spanish manzanilla (chamomile) wine and 2-year-old lambic.
History / Other Notes
This beer was made in collaboration with Bodega Callejuela and was served at the Quintessence event in April 2022 and for a time after at the Cantillon bar.
