Description
Cantillon Manzanilla is a 2-year old lambic aged in recently emptied Manzanilla sherry barrels.
History / Other Notes
This beer was made in collaboration with Bodega Callejuela and was served at the Quintessence event in April 2022 and for a time after at the Cantillon bar.
