"Artisanal gueuze from Brussels. Pure lambic (1, 2 and 3 years). All natural. No preservatives or chemical additives. No saccharine. Living, ageable beer. Store horizontally at cellar temperature."
The last paragraph on the label would literally translate to "Lay me back down on my side at cellar temperature." This would suggest that bottles were shipped or stored upright at the point of sale, and appears to be an invitation to the bottle's new owner to store it horizontally, at cellar temperature, and constitutes the only known documentation suggesting horizontal storage of Cantillon lambic.
