Description

Cantillon Pure Apricot is Fou' Foune served when the fruit has been added but prior to refermentation. As a result, it is largely dominated by the fresh apricot juice. It is served from cask as a still lambic.

History / Other Notes

Cantillon first served this at the Great British Beer Festival in 2012. It has also been available at Moeder Lambic during Cantillon Zwanze Day 2013 and 2014 and occasionally at the brewery.
