Each year, Cantillon opens it's door during a brewing session to allow the public to view the brewing process. For example, the 2014 Public Brewing Session took place on November 15, 2014, included tours every 30 minutes, and followed this schedule:

  • 6:30-9:00 Brewing process
  • 6:30-12:00 Barrel cleaning "ancient method"
  • 9:00-13:00 Filtration and hopping
  • 13:00-15:00 Cooking
  • 15:30 Pumping of wort into the cooling tun
