Description

Boon Framboise is a raspberry lambic released regularly by the brewery. It is available in 25cl capped bottles and 37,5cl corked and caged bottles. It has previously been available in 75cl bottles and is 5% ABV. Boon Framboise is made with lambic that is particularly young, 7 to 8 months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic. The raspberries are frozen and come from the Galacian region of Poland. [1]

History / Other Notes

Boon Framboise was first created in 1976. It uses 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter.[2]
