Description
During the 2006 Cantillon Open Brew Days, Jean Van Roy served a Jonge Lambic that was brewed with fresh Cascade hops[1]. There's no indication that this was ever bottled or that it was ever served at any festival or event outside of Cantillon. Very little else is known about this beer.
