Description

Cantillon Amarillo Lambic is a single hopped lambic that was brewed in 2006 and served on draft at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation and Great British Beer Festivals in 2008.[1] It was hopped with 20 kg of Amarillo hops at the end of the boil.

This beer was bottled in limited quantities. The brewery has also held on to a certain amount of bottles for occasional quality control.
