Description
Cantillon Berce is a lambic made with Berce du Caucase, the French name for the giant hogweed (Heracleummantegazzianum), a poisonous, invasive plant that is a member of the carrot family. It is also known as cartwheel-flower, giant cow, parsnip, and hogsbane.
