Blend of [https://www.lambic.info/Cantillon_Scarab%C3%A9e Scarabée] (lambic aged on Gewurztraminer which is an aromatic grape from the Alsace region in France) and [https://www.lambic.info/Cantillon_Timorasso Timorasso](a lambic aged on Timorasso grape native from Italy). Bottled 2020 and served to drink on-site at the brewery.
In 2020, five bottles were served at Cantillon's taproom displaying "Scarabée-Timorasso" on the label. This beer doesn't exist, and is most likely a mistake by an employee who misunderstood the content of the blend and wrongly labeled these bottles. Indeed, at the time Timorasso was made, Cantillon didn't have any Gewurztraminer at the brewery, making a blend with Scarabée impossible.<ref name=JVR0225>Jean Van Roy, interview with lambic.info, February 2025</ref>
