The beer menu has a good selection of gueuze and kriek of various producers, as well as their own lambic and non-lambic beers. The family owned business, founded by Bart Devillé and Ann Heremans in 2007, attracts locals of all ages and hosts a lot of events throughout the year. De Lambikstoempers handed out first prize to Den Herberg for best local lambic café in 2018.
