Zwanze 2018 was created | Zwanze 2018 was created from barrels that had original been purchased to fill the new warehouse for expanded production. Sangiovese, Amarone, and Chianti barrels were used in the blend with lambic from the 2015/2016 season. The Amarone barrels were willed with wort in December 2015 and the Chianti and Sangiovese barrels were filled with wort in January 2016. | ||
