Description
Mort Subite Jeune Lambic is the base young lambic for Mort Subite blends and fruit lambics and is brewed on-site. This beer is not generally available to the public. The exact time when a lambic switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
