Description
In September 2010, Boon filled thirty 30-liter kegs of oude lambiek from foeder #65. Foeder #65 was a calvados foeder that had only been used to age lambic once before. Kegs have been served at the Mikkeller Bar in Denmark, Mikkeller and Friends in Denmark, Øl & Brød in Denmark, The Trappist in California, Fairbar in Denmark, and Brasserie 4:20 in Rome.
As foeder #65 continues to be used, its future production will be blended into Boon's traditional products.
