Description

Cantillon Gueuzestraminer is an experimental blend with Gewurtztraminer grape must sourced from Domaine Zusslin in Alsace (east of France) and bottled in 2011. Gewurtz is Alsacian derivated from Gewurz, the German word for spice. Gewurtztraminer is a highly aromatic white wine grape with a pink skin often harvested late with high sugars, displaying aromas similar to lychee and rose.[1]

Other Notes

The brewery didn't keep notes of the grape must to lambic ratio, but it's most likely about 20-30% grape must to 70-80% lambic.
