Description
Mort Subite Vieux Lambic is the base vieux lambic for Mort Subite blends and is brewed on-site. It is a principle component of Mort Subite Oude Gueuze. This base beer is not generally available to the public. The exact time when a lambic switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
