Description
Boon Kriek is a filtered cherry lambic regularly released by Boon. It is available in 250 mL capped bottles, 375 mL and 750 mL corked and caged bottles, and 20 L kegs. It is labeled as 4% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Boon Kriek is a blend of young and old lambic that has 25% black cherries by volume added when it is six months old. After a secondary fermentation it is filtered and bottled/kegged.[1]
