Description
Gueuze 1882 (White label) is a tank fermented,[1] filtered, and pasteurized gueuze brewed and blended on-site. Its counterpart, Girardin Gueuze 1882 (Black label), is unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is labeled as 5% ABV and is bottled in both 375ml and 750ml bottles.
Notes / Other History
Though there is no complete bottle log, Girardin White, as it is colloquially referred to, dates back to at least the 1990's.
