Description

Cantillon Tarlantillon is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc wines with 2-year-old lambic. This beer was produced in collaboration with the Tarlant family.

History / Other Notes

Champagne Tarlant has been in production since 1687 in Oeuilly, France. They are currently in their 12th generation, led by Benoît and Mélanie Tarlant, brother and sister.
