Cantillon Le Plaisir is a lambic made using 350 to ~~400g~~ / ~~Liter~~ of grape pomace from [https://www.cascinadegliulivi.it/ Cascina Degli Ulivi]. It's a blend of 9 different grape pomaces (from the varietals Bosco, Timorasso, Moscato d'Alba, Italian Riesling, Verdesco, Chasselas dorato as well as 3 unkown varietals) and 2-year-old lambic.

Cantillon Le Plaisir is a lambic made using 350 to 400 g/L of grape pomace from [https://www.cascinadegliulivi.it/ Cascina Degli Ulivi]. It is a blend of 9 different grape pomaces (from the varietals Bosco, Timorasso, Moscato d'Alba, Italian Riesling, Verdesco, Chasselas dorato as well as 3 unkown varietals) and 2-year-old lambic.
