Description
Cantillon Groseille Lambic is a red currant lambic bottled exclusively for One Pint Pub in Helsinki, Finland. It is 5% ABV and was released in 375 mL bottles. According to Jean Van Roy, the berries were added with partial stems to bring forward the sourness in the fruit and the bitterness from the stem. [1]
