Description

Cantillon Manzanilla is a 2-year-old lambic aged in a single manzanilla sherry barrel. Roughly 500-700 bottles were produced.

History / Other Notes

This beer was made in collaboration with Bodega Callejuela and was served at the Quintessence event in April 2022 and at a few occasions at the Cantillon bar.

Though the word manzanilla is Spanish for chamomile, it is also the name of a style of sherry that is produced in a similar way as fino sherry (white, dry and nutty), and there is no chamomile present.
