Description
Cantillon Zwanze 2010 is the third release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008, and beginning in 2011, with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The label gives the name as "Blanche de Quenast." The 2010 edition is a spontaneously fermented witbier that was brewed in collaboration with Yvan Debaets from Brasserie De La Senne. 1000 bottles were produced.
