Description
Tilquin Vieux Lambic a lambic that generally has been aged for at least one year and served at the brewery, at festivals, and at bars around Belgium. The exact time when a beer switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation process and is at the discretion of the brewery or blender.
Tilquin receives wort from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon to produce their lambic. They are currently the only producers using Cantillon wort commercially in their blends.
