Cantillon Iris Grand Cru is a version of Iris that was bottled before the dry hopping process that occurs before bottling in the regular releases of [[Cantillon_Iris|Cantillon Iris]].  It is the same recipe as the regular Iris, but aged an additional year to make a total of three years in the barrel.  It is similar philosophy to the [[Cantillon_Bruocsella_Grand_Cru|Bruocsella Grand Cru]]. The beer is uncarbonated.
