Description
Gueuze blend of 2, 3 and 4 year-old-lambic (the average age of the blend is more than 40 months, vs 20-24 months for a classic gueuze).
History / Other Notes
This was the first special blend to enter Cantillon's long term aging cellar. It was never for sale to go, and was only served during Quintessence events as well as for a few friends visiting the taproom. Bottled in both 750 mL and 1.5 L format.
