Eylenbosch Oude Gueuze "Prematuurke" was first released in 2021, in 375ml bottles and bottled at 5.8% ABV. A blend of lambic aged 1, 2, and 3 years or more, from Eylenbosch and De Troch. The blend contains a range of 22 barrels, from 10 different brew dates. The oldest De Troch lambic in the blend is from 2017.
