Description
Abrikoos (2015) is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambics with fresh apricots from the Rhône Valley in France, harvested in July 2015. The beer was barrel aged for 3 months post maceration, then bottled.
Abrikoos (2019) is a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics with 3 varietals of fresh apricots from the Rhône Valley in France, harvested in July and August 2018. Bottled in January 2019.
