Würzer is a grape variety that is a crossing of gewürztraminer and müllerthurgau. It's a very aromatic grape variety, with spicy, floral and citric notes. At full ripeness, it tends to make and overpowering blend with the lambic, hence the long barrel aging after maceration. Bottled in February 2019 and aged for 18 more months in the cellar before the release. | |||

Wijngaard Würzer is a blend of 2 and 3-year-old lambics with würzer grapes from Haspengouw, Belgium.

Würzer is a grape variety that is a crossing of gewürztraminer and müllerthurgau. It's a very aromatic grape variety, with spicy, floral and citric notes.
