Every year, we go harvesting vineyard peaches with Christoph in the Mosel wine region. While we’re working in the orchards, Christoph’s sister is making jam and preserved peaches. In the jars of peaches she’s preserving for the winter, a few cloves are added to the jars that will be served during the Christmas dinner. Pjassel Nejgelkes is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with red vineyard peaches and cloves.
History / Other Notes
Every year, we go harvesting vineyard peaches with Christoph in the Mosel wine region. While we’re working in the orchards, Christoph’s sister is making jam and preserved peaches.
