Cantillon Gueuze Tourbée is a blend of 65% lambic aged in a barrel from the Isle of Arran and 35% lambic from half of a Port Charlotte barrel. Both barrels displayed a highly peated character, which translated into the gueuze. As of 2024, it wasn't officially released because the peaty element was still overpowering and the brewery decided it needed still more time in the bottle to reach balance. | |||
