Description
Bofkont Silence of the lambic is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambic aged on dornfelder and cabernet franc grapes, bottled still as there was no refermentation in the bottle on purpose. This blend displays a deep dark ruby color and is meant to get as close to natural wine as possible.
