Overview
The 3 Fonteinen restaurant is owned since 1953 by the Debelder family, starting with Gaston Debelder who bought it then alongside a beer blending business. It was originally a café but he would turn it into a restaurant (later ran by his son Guido) and it would also become the original blending place of 3 Fonteinen. It is now house of Geuzestekerij Parrain, owned by Thomas and Julie Debelder, Gaston's grandchildren.
In addition to traditional lambic, you can expect Belgian Cuisine in a 50's atmosphere.
