Lambic aged in Sangiovese wine barrels, originally used as part of the Zwanze 2018 blend, but a few unblended kegs were filled from leftovers. The only vintage in existence is 2015, very vinous and barrel forward, served on tap during Eurhop festival in Italy in 2017, Moeder Lambic Fontainas in 2018, and during Zwanze 2020.

A few bottles in existence, but number unknown, never made it out of the taproom.
