Cuvée U.G.G. Belair Gueuze 1997 is a classic gueuze bottled once in 1997 for the Union des Gens de Métier (an organization created in 1990 by chef Alain Passard, as well as winemakers Didier Dagueneau, Pascal Delbeck and Marc Kreydenweissformed during a dinner, aiming to support caftsmen and craftswomen working around fermentation - the majority of them being winemakers, but also cidermakers, bakers, ...), using a special label at their request. The amount of bottles labeled that was is unknown by the brewery, but is probably low as it wasn't a full batch of gueuze.
