Description
Lindemans Pomme is a filtered, pasteurized, and sweetened lambic with apple juice added. It is labeled as 3.5% ABV and released in 250 mL, 355 mL, 375 mL, and 750 mL bottles.
History / Other Notes
Lindemans Pomme has been available since 2005 and is produced with lambic aged at least one year and several varieties of apples.[1] Since 2012, all sweetened Lindemans beers use the natural sweetener Stevia. Before 2012, they were sweetened with Acesulfame K. Before bottling, the sweetened beers are put through a centrifuge for filtration.[2]
