Description
Symbiose is a lambic blended with mead and cider. It is only packaged in 750 mL bottles and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in 2022 on Easter weekend, and is the blendery’s first batch of lambic blended with mead and cider. This combination was never before commercially released by a lambic producer.
