Description

History / Other Notes
Boon Framboise was first created in 1976. It uses 300 g/L of fresh raspberries. [1] It is made with lambic that is particularly young, seven to eight months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic to prevail. The raspberries are frozen and come from the Galician region of Poland. [2]
