In 1967, Brabrux became a conglomeration of several other lambic breweries including Vanderperre and Taymans, then later acquired by Belle-Vue in 1969. The brewery was closed in 1990 by De Neve under the ownership of Belle-Vue. The former brewery site now houses apartments and a fitness center.
