't Parlement is a café in Halle, a suburban town in the southwest of Brussels. The name of the café means 'The Parliament'. It's well known among locals for it's wide variety of lambic beers on their beer menu. They also serve food, such as cheese and meat to pair with the lambics. The owners, Frank and Mina, like to promote local beers on their menu and especially lambic. This earned them first prize from De Lambikstoempers in 2016.
