==Overview==

This independent blendery from Antwerp, Belgium, was created by Bart Duron (a lambic enthusiast well known in the scene) in 2020. 

After tasting an elderflower lambic home blend made by a friend - Huisstekerij Selle, a tiny blending project ran by David Selle - Bart was completely blown away by the result at such a small "amateur" level, with very little means. The experience ignited his desire to start blending on a small scale himself, under the condition that he would reach a certain level of quality, and he took inspiration from several blenders he was a fan of, like Bofkont and Bokke. During the first Covid lockdown in March 2020, he had bought a small amount of lambic to start. As the country went into lockdown, it was elderflower season, which became the perfect occasion to start his first trials.

So far, he experimented with various fruits (including grapes, fresh or pomace) as well as herbs (sometimes also added to fruit blends) and the beers are not distributed, therefore only available for drink-in during various events.
