== Description ==
Oude Geuze Devillé is an Oude Geuze blended solely with Den Herberg lambic. Oude Geuze Devillé is named after Den Herberg’s owner and master brewer, Bart Devillé. It was first released in August 2020 and is only available in 375 mL bottles. It is listed as 6.7 % ABV. The blend consists of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambic. The lambic blend ratios may vary in each batch, and a rough indication of the ratios is: between 40-60% of 1-year-old lambic, between 30-40% of 2-year-old lambic, and between 10-20 % of 3-year-old lambic. As of 2021, the total number of bottled batches is 6, with batches number 7 and 8 in the warm room for refermentation.

==History / Other Notes==
The geuze was produced according the tradition, and is thus accredited by Europe’s GTS (Gegarandeerd Traditioneel Streekproduct) certificate on the front label. The front label is also prominently characterised by a white chalk paint stripe. The white stripe refers to the traditional chalk color used for geuze bottles. It hints back – with a wink – to the early 20th century in which lambic producers did not use a (detailed) paper label to identify their blends. The back label mentions the bottling month and year, and has a best before date of 20 years after bottling.
